What is your shipping Policy?
Originals are shipped, insured, via UPS or FedEx ground. Originals are generally shipped within 10 business days of being ordered, and can take up to 5 days to reach your location. Originals currently are only available to ship to the USA, but please send an email to support@voelkerart.com if you need something shipped internationally.
Prints are shipped straight from our printing provider, usually within 5 days of your order. Prints can be shipped just about anywhere!
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
There is a 30 day return period on original artwork, to be returned at the cost of the customer in the same or better packaging. Refunds will only be issued once the art is received, in satisfactory (ie perfect) condition. Please contact support@voelkerart.com and we will work with you. Of course if your item was received damaged, we will make it right.
There are no returns or exchanges for prints (canvas or paper) as these are custom ordered by you. Of course if there is damage or an issue with the printing, we will work with you and the printer to make it right.
